Albie - Abandoned to Found

Yesterday, this gentle soul was found alone on the side
of the road — unsure, vulnerable, and waiting for someone to care. When his owner was contacted, they made the decision not to take him back. It’s a moment that’s always hard to hear, and one that could have been the end of Albie’s story… but instead, it became the beginning of a new one.
Because of the kindness and determination of our amazing volunteers, Albie didn’t stay alone for long. People came together, gave their time, opened their hearts, and made sure he got to safety. After a long and emotional day, he is now tucked up in foster care, where he can finally rest and start to feel safe again.
Right now, Albie is taking things one step at a time — decompressing, adjusting, and learning that he’s no longer alone in the world. He is not currently available for adoption, but we’ll share updates when he’s ready.
For now, he doesn’t need anything except time, patience, and the quiet promise that he matters.

Remember little Albie, who came into foster a couple of days ago after being found?
He didn’t come with much — so we posted out a foster box to him, donated by one of our amazing supporters,Darren Collingwood 
His foster helped him open it and as you can see, he was very excited about having some new toys and snacks!
