Tommy

FOSTER TO ADOPT NEEDED

Could you be Tommy's forever family? 🐾

Meet Tommy, who is looking for a very special forever home as one of our Primrose Pups.

Primrose Pups are dogs who remain under the care of the rescue for the rest of their lives, with the rescue covering their veterinary costs. They need exceptional adopters willing to open their hearts and homes to a dog who may need a little extra support, but who will reward them with endless love and companionship.

Tommy will be 9 years old in September and is a handsome little pirate dog. He has very limited vision in his remaining eye, which means he can sometimes be startled by sudden movements, loud noises, or unexpected approaches from people and other dogs. He also has osteoarthritis in his back, which is well managed with 4-weekly Librela injections.

We feel Tommy would be happiest in:

🏡 A dog-free home, or with a calm, older resident dog (also no cats please)

👨👩👧 A home with older children who can understand his need for space and time to settle

❤️ A patient family who will help him feel safe and secure

Tommy may need a little understanding, but he has so much love to give in return. If you can offer a quiet sofa, a gentle routine, and a place in your heart, Tommy could be the perfect companion.

As a Primrose Pup, Tommy's veterinary costs will be covered by the rescue for the rest of his life.

If you think you could offer this special boy the retirement home he deserves, please get in touch with us to find out more.
